Plainsboro, N.J.; March 20, 2023 – ConnX, an innovative multiservice communication platform integrator and managed service provider, today announced it has been recognized by the organizers of Enterprise Connect, the leading conference and exhibition for enterprise communications and collaboration in North America. Enterprise Connect brings corporate IT decision makers together with the industry’s vendors, channel partners, analysts, and consultants to focus on the issues central to enterprise communications and collaboration.

ConnX will feature its advanced, automated, and intelligent cloud to edge collaboration solutions designed to address the biggest challenges of the “Borderless Enterprise” as more people continue to work from home. The judges selected six companies to be highlighted in the Innovation Showcase; you’ll learn more about each company There, each vendor will present their solution with “Shark Tank”-style pitches.

CEO Indrajit Ghosh will share the company’s AI Active Assurance offering, which delivers powerful monitoring capabilities, leveraging AI-Ops-based predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities to identify any issues before they impact performance, thus optimizing collaboration experiences with guaranteed quality across voice, video, messaging and interactive screen sharing.

According to industry expert and Innovation Showcase leader Dave Michels, “This March, at Enterprise Connect, we want to see what’s new and exciting in collaboration. Each year, the Innovation Showcase selects a theme to highlight within enterprise communications. This year, our theme is Collaboration Reinvented, where we are looking at the new tools and features that help us work together from anywhere.”

Judges for the 2023 Innovation Showcase include industry experts and influencers Jon Arnold, Venkat Kandhari, and Dominic Kent.

“When organizations sent their employees home during the pandemic, they had to reinvent collaboration,” Michels said. “It was an extraordinary global pivot that required not only new tools but adapting existing technology in ways the vendors never imagined. The cloud, mobile devices, broadband Internet, and more changed (and continue to change) everything about the way we work. That’s why the 2023 Innovation Showcase will highlight the newest ideas, advancements, and innovative technologies in the collaboration field.”

Criteria includes:

  • Innovation — Is it new and original?
  • Enterprise fit — Will this benefit entire organizations, as opposed to individual consumers?
  • Business value — Does it deliver benefits?

Companies presenting in the 2023 Innovation Showcase in addition to ConnX are Callroute, Humantelligence, Mobeus’ Airglass, SIPPIO, and tekVizion.

When Edge-to-Edge Quality Matters, End-to-End Network Observability is Mission Critical

You cannot manage what you cannot measure. It’s a phrase that is especially true when it comes to enterprise networking. The ability to understand what is happening at the edge of the network, down to the device and application level, with great granularity and confidence, is no longer a nice-to-have, but a must-have. That’s especially true with the growing popularity of WFH workforce models.

Clean Energy Industry Counts on Connectivity with AI at the Edge to Get to Net-Zero

Driven by the urgent need to address climate change, the adoption of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the rapid rise of Environmental, Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) standards for measurement, companies in the clean energy industry are some of the most prominent players in the sustainability world and are growing as they continue to replace fossil fuels, traditional nuclear reactors and other legacy sources of electricity.

The Key to Retail Multi-Cloud Management is AI in the Network, All the Way to the Edge

The use of cloud technologies in the retail industry has never been more dynamic and promising. Very few enterprises today rely on a single cloud and instead choose cloud consumption based on the applications they are using and how their digitally transformed networks are designed. This is especially true for highly distributed retail companies with hundreds or thousands of physical locations and for those who are increasingly blending the online and in-store customer experience.

Mastering the Edge of Cloud Telco

For employees working from home, whether customer-facing or internal, the only reliable and guaranteed media path has been a landline for decades. Phone and video calls over a home Internet link and average Wi-Fi network have been nearly impossible when it comes to a high-quality user experience. Why?
